OPENING TIMES?
Saints Women vs York
Saints Women’s have a home match on the same day with a KO of 12pm, anyone wanting to attend this fixture can purchase tickets online or on the day via the Club ticket office.
Prices for this fixture are £5 for adults, £3 for aged 65+, £2 for Juniors with 2025 Members gaining free access via their Membership card.
Gates will open for the MATCH ONLY at 11am.
Entry and exit to the fixture is by turnstiles 10-14 in the Southeast corner of the stadium.
Gala
Turnstiles for the Gala will open from 1:45pm
DJ Eric McKenna will be live from 2:00pm
Last admission to the Gala will be 5:30pm

LOCATION?
The HALO Stage is located around the footprint of the Totally Wicked Stadium, in the Northwest corner of the site. You can find out more information about the venue here.

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE EVENT?
BY ROAD:
The Totally Wicked Stadium is in an excellent location in between the major cities of Liverpool and Manchester and is easily accessible via the M62 motorway. To reach the stadium simply exit Junction 7 from the M62 and follow the A570 (St Helens Linkway) until you reach Sherdley Road and then bear left onto Peasley Cross Lane.

BY RAIL:
St Helens Central rail station is only a five-minute walk from The Totally Wicked Stadium. The station runs frequent services from Liverpool to Wigan and Preston.
The Totally Wicked Stadium can be reached via a new footbridge constructed over the linkway to the North of The Totally Wicked Stadium; the bridge can be reached by following Shaw Street and then Chalon Way East past the St Helens Chamber of Commerce.

ENTRY POLICY?
Admission will be by ticket only.
Challenge 25 will be in operation. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, acceptable photographic ID must be provided. This includes a driving licence or passport.
Each person can only bring one small bag, and it must not be bigger than A5 size (H297mmxW210mm).
A Bag-Drop area will be available for any bags that do not meet the size criteria. This will be located in the Southeast corner of the stadium and will be open from arrival and will close 1 hour after the event finishes. St. Helens R.F.C. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of items which are left at the owners’ risk, with all bags subject to a search.
No-one will be allowed to leave their bags at entrances, or the surrounding areas and all unattended items will be removed and disposed of accordingly. No responsibility will be accepted by Event Stewards for any item left in their care.
Ticketholders will be searched by security, including their person or any bags/possessions.
There is also a right to search at any time when on the premises as a condition of entry, looking for prohibited articles including but not limited to; alcohol drugs or weapons or anything that be used as a weapon.
Illegal substances or any item reasonably considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated and the person found in possession may be passed to the police. Flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks and laughing gas are not permitted on site. Refusal to be searched will result in the denial of entry to the festival.
No animals will be admitted to the site with the exception of guide dogs or other assistance dogs.
No unauthorised sound systems are permitted on site and will be removed.
Trading anywhere on-site is strictly forbidden without specific prior permission.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised lineup performs, the Festival Management reserve the right to change the lineup and/or running times without prior notice (tickets are for the event and not a specific artist/band).
Ticket holders’ consent to the photography and filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.
The entry gates for the Gala are located under the Keiron Cunningham statue via Turnstiles 1 – 9.
Entry will be from 1:45pm and you are free to walk freely between the West Stand and North Stand.
There is no entry to the music festival after 17.30pm.

AGE RESTRICTIONS?
We welcome all ages to the music festival, however, anyone 12 and under must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years of age at all times.
For information purposes only, age checks will be carried out on the entrance gates.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy, on both entry into the festival and at all bars. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we advise that you bring photographic ID to prove that you are 18+.
Acceptable ID is a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport. Please note that photocopies will not be accepted as ID under the Challenge 25 policy.

CHALLENGE 25?
“Challenge 25” basically means if you lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove you are at least 18 years old or more. Please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age upon entering the festival or at any of our food or drink outlets, including bars.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?
If you require accessible tickets, please contact the Ticket Office to set up an accessible guest profile.
A free companion ticket can be issued based on entitlement to one of the below:
Receipt of higher rate component mobility/care component of Disability Living Allowance.
BD8 Certificate – for visually impaired attendees only.
Up to date photographic ID which includes date of birth and address.
This will need to be undertaken for all fans wishing to access a companion provision irrespective of if this has been done in the past.
Companion tickets will not be issued based on any other criteria than the above.
Under no circumstances is more than x1 companion to be issued to any person who is eligible.
The companion ticket is issued on the basis it must be used to attend the event with the eligible accessible person – not on its own. Access control checks will take place to monitor this occurrence, if so, the club will reserve the right to revoke the carer ticket if these terms are broken.

An accessible platform will be available with limited number of spaces, should you require access to this then please notify the ticket office when purchasing your tickets.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS?
We will have several wheelchair accessible toilets available on-site. Access to these toilets is restricted to access customers only.

BABY CHANGE FACILITIES?
Each of our accessible toilets has a baby change facility inside.

CASHLESS?
All bars and food concessions will only accept card or mobile payment. This is to speed up service and reduce queue times to provide a better customer experience.
Cash may be required for any market traders, merchandise and children’s activities.

LIGHTING & SPECIAL EFFECTS?
Please note that a variety of different lighting and effects may be in use at this event. This may also include strobe lighting, lasers and smoke machines. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind before attending.

FOOD AND DRINK?
Attendees are not permitted to bring any food or drink onto the premises other than bottled water for medical reasons.

There will be kiosks inside offering a wide range of drink / hot & cold food options within the Stadium.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol. We will be operating a challenge 25 policy if you look under 25 we will ask you for ID so please do not be offended.

ARE CHAIRS ALLOWED?
No chairs are allowed to be brought inside the Stadium.
Anybody who does bring a chair with them will have the chair confiscated. Should you have a medical condition or a disability, please refer to our Accessibility info.
There will be a Chill Out Zone under the North Stand that will have a limited amount of seating available.

SECURITY & STEWARDS?
All areas will have security & stewarding staff, who will be able to offer information, help and support where it is needed.
In the unlikely event of an emergency or site evacuation, Security and Stewards are deployed throughout the festival.
Security and stewards will assist in moving everybody to a place of safety.
If you are unwell or require assistances, please approach a member of the Security and Stewarding Team who are clearly identifiable.
